Producer Description: "Our third batch from this undisclosed Irish distillery is a 13 Year Old, a release of just 1,726 bottles at 46.8% abv. If you know your Irish Whiskey history, then you should be able to close down on the distilleries this could come from."

"The inspiration for this label comes straight out of a British made sitcom called ‘Father Ted’ It originally aired on Channel 4 from April 1995 and ran for just three series up until May 1998 Set on the fictional Craggy Island, a remote location off Ireland's west coast, the show is about three priests exiled on the island for various past incidents. Our label comes from an episode called ‘A Song for Europe’ that featured ‘My lovely Horse’."

Nose: Grassy with oodles of fruit, including apricot, pineapple, orange, apple and orange. A little marzipan with breakfast cereal notes.
Palate: Rich, creamy and bursting with the fresh fruit, particularly apricot, raspberry and orange.
Finish: Fresh fruit sweetness of peaches and stewed plums, with a slight nuttiness coming through.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC) is part of the Atom Group, which also owns the UK retailer Master of Malt and a number of other subsidiaries. They are a dynamic and innovative firm, who by example invented the Whisky Advent Calendar concept. Established in 2012, TBWC is famous for its playful and colourful labels, which often feature prominent whisky industry figures, tell a story, and or elude to an inside joke. The labels are typically laced with hidden elements and "Easter Eggs."
TBWC bottles whiskies from around the world, though the bulk of their offerings are of Scottish origin. Most of their offerings are small-batch releases, Blended Malts, and Blends. Their "Head of Whisky" is Canadian Sam Simmons.

One of the most sought-after Irish whiskies around: the 21-year-old single malt from Bushmills Distillery. It is triple distilled then matured in a mix of bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry before finishing in Madeira barrels.

"Our Bushmills 21 Year Old is a marriage of single malts matured for at least 19 years in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, then finished in Madeira casks for a further two years. This unusually long finishing period allows our single malt to patiently mellow, mature and pick up deeper notes of ripe fruit and dried raisins from the fortified Portuguese wine casks. Our 21 Year Old is only crafted in limited numbers and each bottle is numbered."

Two whiskeys are matured for 16 years‚ one in a bourbon barrel and the other in sherry‚ and then they are married together in a sweet port infused cask. It’s a marriage made in heaven! Expect a warm Port-like sweetness on the back of the throat, that drifts up to form an almond marzipan fusion with hints of honey and praline. The finish is deep and jammy, with hints of dark chocolate.

This single malt is produced from the legacy stock the family took after selling their first distillery, Cooley, to Beam Global (now Beam Suntory). The whisky has no age statement but consists of whiskies of different ages, the oldest of which were laid down into oak in 1991. The whisky is matured in American oak but finished in five different wine casks: (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon). The whisky is bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtering.

This limited edition 10 year old Bushmills has been bottled under the Causeway Collection, a reference to the nearby Giant's Causeway. The whiskey was matured in Bourbon & Sherry before finishing in Cognac casks.
