Only 30 bottles have come in to Alberta, excluisvely to KWM. Distilled in 1997, filled into a Refill Hogshead and bottled in late 2018 after 21 years at 51.5%. We actually requested this about a year ago, but, it has finally just arrived. Douglas Laing Ref: 12818

Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Walking into a florist - earthy, sweet, with damp pine wood and green apple.

Palate: Rich vanilla ice cream with golden syrup, meringue and milk chocolate.

Finish: Toasted malted barley with ginger, cinnamon and a red apple peel quality.
