Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Soft stone fruits and floral malt, with zesty citrus and distant dried herbs.
Palate: Things stay fruity with cooked plums and honeyed prunes backed by ginger biscuits and gently vegetal barley.
Finish: Leathery oak and vanilla join warming spiced apple, with woody clove and a pinch of pepper in tow.

This 2009 Inchgower was matured in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask for 13 years, before bottling at 54.2% exclusively for Kensington Wine Market.

There is a really good price to age ratio on this whisky, and the liquid doesn't disappoint either. Distilled in 1998 and bottled from a Refill Hogshead Cask at 50% after 23 years. We don't see a lot of Inchgower with some age on it, so this is pretty cool!
