Sourced from MGP (Midwest Grain Products) of Lawrenceburg, Indiana from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Malted Barley. According to the company’s own website, the Redemption Bourbon is aged for an average of two and a half years and then bottled at Bardstown, Kentucky at 42% ABV.

Created from batches of four- and seven-year-old whiskey and named after the famous national park, The Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon is bottled at 46.5% from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Malt by Limestone Branch Distillery of Lebanon, Kentucky.
Like many distilleries in the state, the producers of Yellowstone can boast a Beam connection or two. Paul and Stephen B. Beam founded Limestone Branch in 2010. Their Great-grandfather was M.C. (Minor Case. What a name!) Beam, who operated a distillery business in the late 1800s through to his death in 1934.
Limestone Branch Distillery is owned by Luxco Brands, which was in turn purchased by MGP in 2021.

We're in a bit of a rye renaissance at the moment. It seems the whisky world has finally woken up and is rediscovering a classic style of whisky that has been kept away from the spotlight for a while. This big and spicy throwback from Redemption, however, hearkens back to an age when rye was king. We're not talking about the drink we Canadians like to call 'rye' (usually corn); we're talking right proper rye grain distillate. The mashbill on this weighty little number from Indiana's MGP distillery is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. You know what that means, right? Spice, spice, spice! And while it really does work well in high end cocktails, the sharp pristine grain here is best sipped neat from a good whisky glass.

Legent (pronounced ‘lee-jent’) is comprised of three lots of Bourbon matured in different manners. A large portion is 5 year old Straight Bourbon. This was blended with Bourbon that was finished California red wine casks for one year and another batch of Bourbon finished in Sherry casks for two years. Legent is bottled at 47% ABV.
This new Bourbon from Beam Suntory was a collaboration between their American and Japanese arms of whisky making. Suntory’s master blender, Shinji Fukuyo, partnered with Jim Beam’s Master Distiller Fred Noe to create Legent, which underwent several years of development before the final product was released. Fred Noe’s part in everything was the distillation itself - as Master Distiller at Jim Beam. Shinji Fukuyo was in charge of the blending.

Sourced from the powerhouse MGP Distillery of Indiana, this Wheater has a mash bill consisting of the bare minimum for Bourbon 51% Corn, a very high 45% Winter Wheat, and 4% Malted Barley. Bottled at 48%.
