Founded nearly 1000 years ago as a Benedictine monastery brewery, then becoming the Royal Bavarian State Brewery. The world's oldest existing brewery, it is located in Freising. A unique combination of tradition, custom, and modern science, gives the brewery its incomparable identity and permits it to brew beers of the highest quality. This Belgian-style Wheat Ale is made by the great Du du Ciel and canned at 5.5% ABV.

"A Belgian-inspired, unfiltered wheat beer brewed with the traditional coriander and Curaçao orange peel. A delicate and refreshing bouquet of citrus and spice floats atop toasted bread aromas, accompanied by a subtle touch of acidity provided by the wheat.
This beer was first crafted at our Montreal brewpub in May of 1999."

A smoked bock beer for Bamberg's strong beer season (October through December). Matured for months in ancient rock-cellars underneath Bamberg and tapped freshly from the oakwood cask. Similar to, but much bigger than the classic Maerzen style.
