A classic Canadian whisky, and the top-selling Canadian whisky in the US. It was created to celebrate King George VI's grand tour of Canada in 1939. A bottle of Crown Royal was placed in the Royal train to symbolize hardworking Canadian people. Crown Royal has a light amber colour, with floral, buttery, vanilla and peach aromas. On the palate, it has a hint of sweet peach flavours with wood notes and a dry finish.

This Crown Royal release is a blend, 95% of which is rye grain distilled at the company's distillery in Gimli, Manitoba. When reviewed upon its first release in 2015 it was given a respectable 91 points by Whisky Advocate. Also, some guy in a Panama Hat dubbed it the World Whisky of the Year back in 2016. Regardless of what we think of him, the Crown Royal Northern Harvest is a solid Canadian Whisky and worth a try if you are a Crown Royal or Canadian Whisky fan! 45% ABV.
