Bottled by Whiskybase under their Archives - The Fishes of Samoa label, this 2011 Tomatin was matured 12 years in ex-Bourbon before bottling at 58.6%. 87.22pts Whiskybase On the label, an image of an Amphiprion Chrysogaster published over 150 years ago in "The Animal Kingdom, class Pisces, drawn by E Griffith and Lieut.-Col, C. Hamilton Smith."

Distilled in 2009, this Cadenhead bottling of Tomatin was matured entirely in Hogsheads before being reracked Manzanilla Sherry Hoggies in 2020. The resulting dram has been bottled at 16 years of age and 46% ABV.

A very tasty release from the Tomatin core range, this 14 year bottled at 46% was finished for a year in Tawny Port Pipes.
Distiller's Tasting Note
Aroma: Honeydew melon, red berries, baked apples. Rich toffee, butterscotch. Sweet honey and bitter dark chocolate.
Taste: Fruit and nut. Peaches, apricots, mango and plum. Mixed walnut and pecan.
FInish: Smooth fruit salad which lingers on the palate.

Part of a trip of whiskies released in the Portugese Collection, this 15 year old Tomatin was originally filled into cask in 2006, and was finished for 7 years in Moscatel casks before bottling at 46%. Limit 1 Per Customer!
About the Portuguese Collection
"The Portuguese Collection expressions were each distilled on 8th September 2006 and laid down in traditional Scotch Whisky oak casks for over 8 years. On 23rd April 2015 the whisky was then moved into Tawny Port, Moscatel de Setúbal and Madeira Wine casks for a further 7 years, resulting in a magnificent triad of single malt Scotch Whiskies."
