Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Subtle sweet, fragrant pipe tobacco yet lightly savoury too; light orange notes prevail with touches of apricot, seaweed and pot pourri and these are followed by undertones of honey, vanilla and boiled sweet.

Palate: An elegant whisky: light zesty oak spice, sweet bonfire smoke, waxy mouthfeel with hints of vanilla, honey, beeswax and brine, white pepper with slowly developing notes of sweet spice, seaweed and marmalade.

Finish: Long, elegant with notes of brine and honey. Well-knit with some aged structure coming through in the finish.
