"NOSE: Freshly cut mango & pineapple, poached spiced pear, molasses with a hint of vanilla oak.
PALATE: Charred apricot, caramelized tropical fruits, sweet sun-dried Malvasia grapes and espresso burnt sugar.
FINISH: Madeira cake, more pineapple and toasted cereal with pleasant creamy tannins.
COLOUR: Deep brown colour, typically expected from a very old whiskey."

Jameson's Irish whiskey has a long and distinguished history. John Jameson, originally from Scotland, opened the Dublin distillery in 1780 and its whiskey is now world-famous for its distinctive character and smoothness. Currently produced in Midleton by Irish Distillers, Jameson's has a pronounced pot still character and is matured in charred American Oak.
Producer Description
"Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish Whiskey. What's that we hear you say? Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distill them- not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years. It’s where we recommend starting your whiskey journey. How to drink it? Any way you like. Just add mates and widen the circle. Triple distilled, twice as smooth, one of a kind."
