Vidbertus is located in the Conca de Barbera, at the south-eastern end, inland region of Camp de Tarragona, the central Catalan depression behind the pre-coastal mountain range of Tarragona. The altitude of the property is 500 metres above sea level. The winemaking process begins in the vineyard with an ecological and environmentally friendly cultivation. The harvest is manual and done gently to preserve the characteristics of the grapes. The work is done with controlled cold fermentation and an exact maceration to obtain the harmony they look for. They intervene as little as possible in all of their wines. The grape is Indigenous to the region and is aged in French oak, showing lots of black fruits and some spice. It's produced from 100% Trepat, an indigenous grape, aged in French oak, with lots of black fruits, silky tannins, and nicely balancing acidity. It's ideal with roast and braised meats, duck and other game.
