Caorunn Blood Orange Gin
$49.99
From the Distillery;
Something juicy is here! Say hello to Caorunn Blood Orange. It’s summer in a glass – naturally, but we’ll let you be the judge of that. The invigorating dry, crisp taste of Caorunn is further enhanced by the infusion of zesty blood orange, matched with a light fieriness, creates this vibrant, refreshing, and citrusy gin. What more need we say? It’s pure Blood Orangey brilliant!
"We don’t do things like other gin makers. Since 2009, Caorunn Gin has been handcrafted in small batches at Balmenach Distillery in the Speyside region of the Scottish Highlands. How can a gin shine through in a region famous for its whisky? Well, it all starts with a name.
Caorunn {pronounced ‘ka-roon’} is inspired by the Gaelic word for ‘Rowan Berry’. What’s in a name, we hear you ask? The humble rowan berry is one of five unique Celtic botanicals that are at the heart of our gin. We use Scotland’s natural pantry to hand-forage the rowan berry along with our four other Celtic botanicals; all of which can be found within a ten-minute walk of the distillery. We then pair these with six traditional gin botanicals, to create our genius recipe. Clever, eh?
We don’t stop there though. As we are the only gin in the world to be distilled in a working Copper Berry Chamber. This unique process allows us to extract maximum flavour from our botanicals and sets us apart from the rest. "

Establishment Seasons In The Sun
$22.99
From the Brewery
"Barrel-Aged Beers with Apricots, 6.3% ABV | Apricot Delight, Juicy, Slate"
"This fresh pick comes in hot with tropical aromas, perfectly balanced acidity, and faint hop
bitterness. We blended three base beers and refermented the lot on apricots to arrive at this crushable harbinger of summer. It’s crazy concentrated with juicy flavour and pours an appropriate show stoppingly sunny shade of hazy orange.
Sort of surprisingly, we used less fruit by weight than usual. Because apricots are so dang potent, restraint was necessary if we wanted to max out the juice factor without taking things too tart—and that’s exactly what we wanted. So, learn of love, have some joy,
have some fun, drink this Seasons in the Sun until all the birds are singing in the sky.
Pairs well with skinned hearts and knees."
