Glengoyne White Oak Single Malt
$129.99
Glengoyne Distillery is well known for using high quality ex-sherry casks to mature much of their whisky. This White Oak release flips the script on that premise, though, and shows an intriguingly different side to Glengoyne's Single Malt. If you haven't tried this and the more limited (and of course more expensive) Glengoyne 24 Year Old White Oak yet, then you should.
48% ABV
Producer Description
"A first for Glengoyne, this brand new expression is matured exclusively in First Fill Bourbon and Virgin Oak Casks sourced from North America. These casks are charred for less than a minute allowing the Glengoyne spirit to shine, unladen."

Angove Shiraz Mourvedre Grenache
$19.99
Angove has a hit with this blend of shiraz, mourvedre and grenache that tastes decidedly Rhone -like, with aromas of ripe raspberry, dark cherry and spiced plum are layered with hints of black pepper, dried herbs and a subtle earthy complexity. The palate is medium to full-bodied, showcasing the plush fruit of Grenache, the structural backbone of Shiraz, and the savoury depth of Mourvèdre. Silky tannins and a gentle oak influence frame a lingering finish of red fruits, spice and a touch of cocoa. Great Value!
Compass Box Brulee Royale
$274.99
This limited edition Blended Malt from Compass Box is inspired by Creme Brule, and François Massialot the chef at the extravagant 17th century court of Versailles who invented it. Primarily composed of Benrinnes and Clynelish with smaller amounts of Speyburn, Aberlour, Ardbeg, and a Highland Malt Blend Malt. 49%. Limit 2 Per Customer!
Producer Description
"Continuing our adventures into patisserie, Brûlée Royale sees Clynelish fruit and Benrinnes custard ooze together at a silken 49% ABV. Curiously regal for American oak. Gloss and texture from the inclusion of Speyburn and Aberlour, considerably aged in recharred barrels, caramelise perfectly in a sweet sugar seal.
"Our brûlée, fit for anyone with a royal appetite, combines the silky vanilla custard notes of malt whiskies matured in ex-bourbon barrels with sweet, crackling toffee flavours delivered by custom American oak barrels.
"Just as Massialot stoked the flames at Versailles to achieve the perfect caramelised crust, our friends at Independent Stave Co.’s Missouri cooperage employ computer-controlled toasting and charring techniques to coax extraordinary flavours from American white oak with great precision. Like the sugar atop a perfect crème brûlée, this whisky is testament to fire’s power to bring forth enchanting sweetness."

Erdinger Weissbier Dunkel
$5.99
From the Brewery
"This wheat beer is calm and confident. Strong, dark and exceptionally harmonious. The first sip reveals a symphony of carefully selected dark wheat and barley malts. Together with their refined roasting aromas, they give this wheat beer its strong character. Lively carbonic acid plays on the tongue and ERDINGER’s traditional yeast adds its top-fermenting note. What makes this full-bodied specialty go down so easily? It’s the balance between malt notes with their touch of sweetness and a pleasantly refreshing finish that reverberates long on the palate.
Lovers of strong aromas appreciate ERDINGER Dunkel as a genuine specialty.
“Bayerische Edelreifung” – for perfect enjoyment.
Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law."
Casale Del Bosco Brunello
$87.99
This Brunello is produced by Sivio Nardi, one of the leading lights in Montalcino. This is really fine on the palate with wonderfully integrated tannins that give tension and focus. It’s medium-bodied with lovely berry, cherry, cedar and spice. Peaches and flower stems, too. Creamy texture. Extremely long and vivid. Structured, but showing beautiful drinkability with wonderful balance and form.
