Producer Description
Mexcalia is a Mezcal made 100% of Agave Espadin using a combination of traditional and modern method of distillation. The only difference mainly is the process of roasting the agave fruit. Our roasting method is done in industrial sized ovens before proceeding with a traditional crushing and distilling method. This is the case of any large volume mezcal brand."
