Hinch Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey
$74.99
Bottled at 43%, this triple-distilled Irish Single Malt made from heavily peated malt was produced at the Hinch Distillery. Presumably matured in ex-Bourbon casks.
From The Producer
"Our Peated Single Malt is a heavily peated, tripled distilled Single Malt whiskey providing a smooth sweet malt taste and with complex peat flavours, making it a truly unique Irish whiskey.
Light golden in colour with a sweet tar, smoky, woodish nose. Immediate strong peat flavours with lingering and nuanced fruit undertones which survive the peat storm. A hint of liquorice comes through on the palate as the peat gently mellows awaiting your next sip. Hinch Distillery is adding exciting new characteristics to the Irish whiskey category through the introduction of Peated Single Malt. Bold, innovative, contemporary Irish whiskey proudly made in County Down. "
Coole Swan Irish Cream 50ml MINI
$3.99
Absolutely no contest. Coole Swan is our very bestest, most favoritest Irish Cream ever! This is not the kind of stuff you need to mask with coffee. This is the kind of stuff you pour in a frosted glass and savour just as is. Of course, it works a treat in coffee too! 100% fresh Irish cream, Single Malt Irish Whiskey and white Belgian chocolate are pretty much all you've got here. No artificial ingredients. They like to tell us that 231 versions of Coole Swan were produced before they finally reached a recipe that they were happy with. Thank goodness for persistence. Irish magic in a glass.

For those that absolutely must have a cream liqueur that contains Edradour's excellent single malt, here you go! Definitely a step up from Bailey's. But then again - what isn't? Made with real Scottish cream. Bottled at 17% ABV.
Dingle Irish Single Malt Whiskey
$83.99
While Dingle Distillery has been releasing small batches of its Irish Whiskey for a few years now, this is the first regular expression to hit the shelves. Their Single Malt is triple distilled and bottled at 46.3% after being matured in a combination of PX Sherry and first-fill ex-Bourbon casks. It is purportedly composed of 6 to 7-year-old Dingle Whiskey stock.
Boutique-y Irish SM Batch #1.4 50ml
$19.99
This 50ml / mini bottle of Irish Whiskey was featured on Day 11 of our 2021 KWM Whisky Calendar
Could this juice be from Cooley? The signs look good... and boy do we love the juice from Cooley! A 14 year Irish Single Malt bottled at 47.6%.
Producer Description: "Our fourth batch from this undisclosed Irish distillery is a 14 Year Old, a release of just 2,116 bottles at 47.6% abv. If you know your Irish Whiskey history, then you should be able to close down on the distilleries this could come from. It’s a single malt, so that rules out Ireland’s largest distillery, Midleton as they don’t make a single malt."
About the Label
"The inspiration for this label comes straight out of a British made sitcom called ‘Father Ted’ It originally aired on Channel 4 from April 1995 and ran for just three series up until May 1998 Set on the fictional Craggy Island, a remote location off Ireland's west coast, the show is about three priests exiled on the island for various past incidents. Our label comes from an episode called ‘A Song for Europe’ that featured ‘My lovely Horse’"
Teeling Pot Still Irish Whiskey
$91.99
One of the first official releases from the new distillery carrying the Teeling family name is this Single Pot Still offering. It is made from a combination of 50/50 malted to unmalted barley and bottled at 46% after maturing in a combination of virgin American oak, ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks.
What is Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey you ask? It is whiskey made using a combination of malted and unmalted barley. Why do this you ask? Why, to dodge unfair taxation, of course! The Malt Tax came into being in Ireland for a short time starting in 1785, enforced by the (insert expletive said in your best Irish accent here) English. The Irish, being Irish, decided that they didn't need to use malted barley for the entirety of the mash used to distill whiskey and started adding portions of unmalted barley. Necessity being the mother of invention, this eventually became a legitimate style of whiskey-making that is now not just celebrated but codified into law in Ireland with the Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey classification.
Drumshanbo Sardinian Citrus Gin
$61.99
Joining the Shed Distillery's gin Lineup is the Citrus-driven version of their Gunpowder Irish Gin. Bottled at 41%, it includes Citrus elements sourced from Sardinia.
Two Stacks First Cut Irish Whiskey
$57.99
Finally, full-size portions of Two Stacks have hit our shelves. The First Cut is a rather complicated five-part blend that pulls together a few styles, grains, and cask types. In fact, this may be one of the most interesting bits of Irish alchemy we've ever seen. The good people at Two Stacks say that this one is made from Virgin Oak Grain, Ex-Bourbon Grain, Ex-Oloroso Pot Still, Ex-Bourbon Double Distilled Malt and Ex-Bourbon Peated Malt. 43% and non chill-filtered.
Interesting side notes: This is one of the first whiskies we have received that we know was sourced from The Great Northern Distillery in Louth, Ireland. The distillery was founded by John Teeling in 2015. John Teeling previously owned and operated the Kilbeggan Whisky Company (Cooley and Kilbeggan Distilleries) until selling the company to Beam Global (Now Beam Suntory) in late 2011. John's sons Jack and Stephen Teeling founded the Teeling Whisky Company in 2012 and opened a distillery with the same name in Dublin.
