Producer Description
"This spirit is the cask strength expression of our signature recipe, our organic single malt in its most natural form. Our whisky is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. Our gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels alongside a small amount of sherry casks to develop our trademark body and sweetness."

Original Tasting Description
Keith Robinson and Matt Widmer founded Wild Life Distillery in 2017. The distillery resides in Canmore, and has now been releasing different whiskies made from Wheat, Rye, and Single Malt for the past few years. This virtual tasting focuses on Wild Life's gin and whisky production, with Keith Robinson taking you on a tour of the distillery which resides in Canmore, Alberta. If you want to get a breakdown of production from grain to glass, this is worth the watch!
