Collaboration is about trading tricks and pushing boundaries, and for this one, we teamed up with Brasserie du-Bas Canada, to go all in using their preferred Weyermann malt while adopting their dry-hop schedule and rates. Redefining the limits of hop impact, central to our shared vision was @ freestylehops Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Citra and Citra Cryo. Together they bend light into a silky smooth coup with notes of kiwi, strawberry, mixed berries, and a hint of diesel, all resting on a swirl of peach soft serve. Don’t let this one slip into your blind spot, it’s a rare opportunity to try a fresh brew in the style of la belle province."

Oud Beersel Bzart Kriek

The BZART Kriekenlambiek is a natural, sparkling cherry Lambic of Belgian origin. Traditional Kriekenlambiek is a spontaneous fermentation beer: Sour cherries are added to the Lambic beer which is the oldest of the still existing Belgian beers that probably originated around the year 1300.
The ‘Kriekenlambiek Oud Beersel’ which serves as a basis for the BZART Kriekenlambiek contains 400 g of cherries
per litre undergoing fermentation in Lambic beer for six months.
Its taste and aftertaste are quite ‘fraîcheur’ (fresh). The nice almond flavours make you remember the real ‘kriekentaart’
(cherry pie) of the good old days. It is a delicious aperitif and perfect to pair with dark chocolate preparations, blue-veined cheese, duck, game and all preparations with almonds. Bzart Kriekenlambiek is mentioned on the menu of renowned restaurants.

Oud Beersel Green Walnut

After the bottle fermentation this sparkling walnut Lambic of Oud Beersel is called Green Walnut, which is a strong companion for blue-veined cheese, dried ham and salads with nuts. The green walnuts macerate in the Lambic beer enabling them to unfold their taste and flavour.
The initial bitterness which is extracted from the walnuts is tempered during the ripening of the walnut Lambic. This results in a delicate balance between the light sourness of the Lambic beer and the bitterness of the green walnuts. The wooden wine barrels provide a subtle touch of red fruits to the beer.

Oh, baby! We’re bringing back this cosmic favourite— but this time we’re dreaming and hopping even bigger than last time. We took our original recipe and revamped it to send you further into space than you have ever gone before.
This deceptively downy Triple New England IPA still does what the style suggests and brings the hops in an astronomically Milky Way. We more than dabbled in saturating products like Incognito which, besides being a definite misnomer, is a liquid concentrate aimed at achieving gratuitous levels of hoppy conspicuousness.
Our original recipe featured an ongoing game of hoppy one-upmanship played against ourselves. This time, we doubled down when we threw in that Cryo hop supercharger. If you missed it last time, Cryo is essentially freeze-dried lupulin, and lupulin is essentially the good stuff from the hop cone—AKA the sticky icky of the beer world and a good word to have up your sleeve for your next game of Scrabble.
We also ventured out and swapped our 2 Row base malt for pilsner. This little tweak means that when you give this hoppy giant a pour, prepare for an even brighter and more dazzling colour, one reminiscent of our universe's very own star.
This beer offers Michelin Man-levels of lofty lightness but tips the scales at 10.5%—so there’s no overstating the gravity of this (hover)craft beer. You won’t be able to help but fall in love with this fruity TRIPA NEIPA, and it’s smooth enough to make you think it’s falling in love with you, too. Tether yourself to this juice and float into orbit, or pour one out for the massive amount of Citra hops that were harmed in the making of it."
