Hm. Don Julio Añejo Tequila Cask Finished Lagavulin. Like splashing a cactus with wet bandaids, salt water, and smoked seaweed. You may recall a Mezcal-finished Kilchoman we did a couple years back? People still come knocking for that one, because, love it or leave it, there's nothing out there like it. Don't miss out on this release. Guaranteed to be one to have tongues wagging.

Ardbeg Heavy Vapours Committee
$166.49
Limit 2 per Ardbeg Committee Member!
The 2023 Ardbeg Day Release is Heavy Vapours, an Ardbeg distilled without the spirit purifier. The Committee Release is bottled at 50.2%, rather than the 46% of the standard release!
You need to be an Ardbeg Committee Member to buy this, but that can be remedied in minutes here: ardbeg.com/en-int/committee.html and we have no way of verifying this, so we are working on the honour system here!
Producer Description
"Something weird has been going down at the Distillery. The legendary purifier on the still – responsible for Ardbeg’s exalted balance – is nowhere to be seen. And this whisky – Ardbeg Heavy Vapours – is the consequence. The Committee release is bottled at a higher ABV of 50.2%.
"The familiar harmony between peat and floral fruitiness has been disrupted. What have risen are the untamed darker flavours and notes, gathering and filling the senses. It is an ominous dram of dramatic, aromatic pungency. Heavy Vapours will rise."
Ardbeg BizarreBQ
$164.99
SOLD OUTThis limited edition Ardbeg has been inspired by, and create to pair perfectly with BBQ. Bottled at 50.9%, it has been created from Ardbeg spirit matured in Double Charred Oak, PX Sherry & BBQ Casks.
Producer Description
"You start with a hare-brained idea, you bring together three unique casks, two masters in their own right, and a whole lot of heat and smoke… what do you get? You get the Distillery’s first ever barbecue-inspired whisky – Ardbeg BizarreBQ. Cooked up by renowned Master Distiller, Dr Bill Lumsden, alongside bona-fide god of the grill, Christian Stevenson (AKA DJ BBQ), this mouth-watering malt packs a meaty, peaty punch.
"The same way it is with grilling, there’s one vital element in creating our first BBQ-inspired malt – fire. Toasting a selection of three casks, double charred oak casks, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and BBQ casks, this combined recipe comes together to bring a sweet, tangy, smoky flavour… perfect for BBQ!"
