"Loch Gorm is the name given to our annual sherry matured limited edition. Named after Islay’s largest freshwater loch neighbouring the distillery, the dark murky colour of the loch’s water is reflected in the rich coppery tones of our sherry matured Loch Gorm release. Description: Loch Gorm 2025 Edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin for a minimum of 10 years. The 23 casks selected by Kilchoman Founder, Anthony Wills, are a combination of 20 fresh and 3 refill casks from two different distillation years. The sherry-soaked oak adds layers of rich dark fruit character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours."
