Old Islay Bunnahabhain 21 Year
$609.99
55% - 2004 - First Fill Oloroso & PX Butts Finished in a PX Sherry Hogshead
Producer Description
"Our year long Island Hop continues on Islay as we row round the north of the Island to Bunnahabhain. This is a fully sherry-matured Bunnahabhain 2004, aged for 21 years, initially in a combination of first fill, Oloroso and PX butts, then a first fill PX sherry hogshead for the final few years of its maturation. We bottled it with slight reduction at 55%, to bring out the wonderful leathery, coastal and dark fruit characters which abound within this rather tasty wee Bunny. Classical sherried Bunna with plentiful distillery character, alongside all that rich sherried goodness."
Bunnahabhain 12 Year
$83.99
A few years back Bunnahabhain bumped their strength up to 46.3%, bottling it without colouring or chill-filtering. This is the entry level bottling of the Bunnahabhain Distillery, known as the "Gentle Giant of Islay." Bunnahabhain's whisky is generally unpeated, bucking the trend of most Islay distilleries, though it does also produce peated malts. Bunnahabhain is the anchor whisky of the Black Bottle Blend.
Producer Description
"As the original member of our current Core Range, Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old holds a special place in our hearts. First launched in 1979, the Bunnahabhain 12 year old has endured almost 40 years, thanks to the passion and dedication of our distillery team, not to mention the love and support from our fans and friends around the world.
"Our 12 Year Old has set the tone and the benchmark for the rest of the range – only the best will do. Double Matured in Ex Bourbon and Ex Sherry Casks, this whisky is beautifully rich and full-bodied, achieving the perfect balance of the characteristic nutty and sherry flavours of Bunnahabhain."
Bunnahabhain 25 Year
$359.99
1 Per Customer - This is the old bottling of Bunna 25, we are expecting a big price increase when the new bottling is rolled out based on pricing we are seeing in the US and some parts of Europe.
Finally back in stock, but sadly we do have to limit to 1 per customer! Demand for Islay's sleeper distillery has been outrageous lately - deservedly so - but it does mean we have to try to spread the wealth a wee bit.
Bunna 25 (or XXV, if you're hung on what the labels say) is an icon. It is unquestionably one of the most rich and elegant 25s on the market. Expect that salty oceanic tang we all know and love, but at the same time expect it to be well-tempered with gorgeous old sherry and deep fruitcake notes. While 'fruitcake' is a bit of a cheat when it comes to tasting notes, it's hard to argue in this case. And man...what a mouthfeel.
Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Scents of rich sherry, blossoming into sweet caramel and polished leather.
Palate: An initial taste of sweet berries and cream that evolves into a feast of roasted nuts and malt.
Finish: Soft and dry with a delicate hint of sweet sugar and spiced oak that linger long on the tongue.
Bunnahabhain Toiteach a Dha
$101.99
As if 'Bunnahabhain' wasn't hard enough for most people to pronounce, Islay's great underdog of a distillery releases a whisky with a name guaranteed to tie your tongue in knots. Toiteach a Dha - pronounced 'Taw-check-a-gah' - is a peated expression that replaces both its forerunner (Toiteach) and the beloved Ceobanach. The name actually means "Smoky Two," which refers to the fact that this is considered a sequel to the original Toiteach. This time 'round, though, they've amped up the sherry influence, so fans can expect a smashing together of Bunnahabhain's house styles: sharp, clean young peat and rich creamy sherry. 46.3% abv

Scarabus is a new single malt from Hunter Laing, the owners of the new Ardnahoe Distillery. The name of the whisky can be traced back to the 13th century, and means "A rocky place" in Norse. Bottled at 46% without colouring or chill-filtering. Tastes like peated Bunnahabhain.
