"In contrast to our typical maturation method at Benromach where we use first-fill Sherry and Bourbon casks, we have released a new expression within the Contrasts series, Virgin Oak. This release has matured in the best quality American Virgin Oak casks which have not previously held any other spirit."

"The oak selected is carefully air dried before being handcrafted into 250 litre hogsheads by coopers in Speyside. Once the casks are made, the oak is gently charred before being filled by our expert team with our signature subtly smoky spirit."
