Clos Des Fous Pour Ma Geule

Annex Wake-Up Call Coffee Stout
$5.39
Producer's notes:
The beans for this year’s Phil $ Seb caffeinated collab were produced by Luis, a man who literally smelled the coffee in Portland to figuratively wake up to his calling: to get back to Ecuador and get growing. Known for its powerful floral profile, these magic beans hail from Luis’ home sweet Hacienda and pair perfectly with the dark fruit qualities that came through in the brew.
Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye 47%
$64.99
Whoa! Old No. 7, this ain't. This Single Barrel Rye caused a bit of a buzz when it launched, being JD's first new mash recipe since 1866! With a mashbill consisting of 70% rye and less than 20% corn, expect this lil Tennessee treat to bring a big spicy complexity to what we normally think of when we hear the words Jack Daniels. This rye is a far cry from the hot bite of young corn-led whiskey we see usually see behind the iconic black and white label. And make no mistake...this is no shooting whiskey; instead, this is a rather spectacular example of well-crafted American whiskey with a dangerous degree of drinkability. Should suit both rye-hounds and bourbon-fiends.
Producer Tasting Note
"Complex flavors of ripe fruit mingle with light toasted oak notes to create a taste rich with spice and a pleasant lingering finish. This is a big, bold rye that does not overpower."
Domaine Tempier Blanc
$94.99
Limit of one per household
A blend of Clairette, Bourboulenc and Ugni Blanc; characterized by minerality, freshness, citrus fruit white blossoms. This white can be enjoyed now and up to 8 years from the vintage should you wish to experience the wine as it develops in bottle.
White wine accounts for just 3% of Domaine Tempier’s total wine production. It is made from grapes grown on the estate’s finest vineyards which benefit from limited exposure to sunshine. This results in the grapes ripening slowly which allows the wine to mature with good balance after spending 8 to 10 months in oak casks.

Angry Orchard Crisp Apple can
$4.99
From The Producer
"Angry Orchard Crisp Apple has a bright, crisp apple flavor, just like biting into a fresh apple. It is a perfect balance of sweetness and bright acidity from culinary apples and dryness of traditional cider making apples, resulting in a complex, yet refreshing, hard cider."
Bruichladdich Organic 2010
$124.99
Distilled in 2009 from organically grown barley harvested in 2008, the whisky was matured 8 years in ex-Bourbon and Tennessee whiskey barrels before bottling at 50%!
Producer Description: "The whisky we distil from the organic barley of Mid Coul reflects the complex natural flavours of the landscape. Just as our stillmen refuse to abandon the traditional crafts of distillation in favour of automation or industrialisation, so farmer William Rose rejects the use of herbicides, pesticides and artificial fertilisers. Crop rotation is key. Our barley must take its turn in a seven year farm cycle that also produces organic cattle, sheep, oats, beans, grass, carrots, market gardening and a megawatt of green electricity. Respecting the land, the soil and the climate nourishes a genuine and thorough understanding of terroir and the results are pure Bruichladdich."
