The best white wine you've never heard of! Italian wine fans might recognize the Malvasia grape, but it's not common in other wine growing regions such as California. Maybe this Bianca will change that. It opens with jasmine and mineral salts, continues into a center of golden delicious apples. Green and crisp. A piquant finish offers hints of tangerine and lime. It's dry and unique. Serve chilled, with smoked duck, sautéed scallops or pasta al pesto.
