Now this isn't the first Kombucha/Beer blend in Alberta, but it may be the most interesting. The imperial blonde ale comes through with a noticable sweetness, but does not overtake the earthy tea notes, nor the bright acidity underneath it all. Tangy with citric like tartness, and finishing a hint on the sweet side.
