Pere Ventura, a family-owned producer of Cava from nearby Penedès, is the proprietor of Merum Priorati. There are 60 acres of estate vines, mostly the traditional varieties of Garnacha and Cariñena, all grown around the town of Porrera, one of the best locations in Priorat. Enologist Roger Oferil adds some Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah to the blend. The wines, aged in French oak barrels, have a modern polish, but notes of mineral and mountain herb frame the lively fruit and anchor the wine in its terroir.

"Our Sparkling Lime & Yuzu is made with Tahiti lime from Mexico’s fertile groves in addition to the wonderfully floral Japanese yuzu. We have created a lower calorie soda that’s perfect for mixing with premium vodka or tequila, for a mouth-wateringly zesty summer spritz.
Although both are citrus fruits, the Tahiti limes we source from Mexico and the Japanese yuzu yield noticeably different flavours. We selected this variety of lime for its superior taste profile that balances its signature sharp tang with a delicate sweetness. The yuzu fruit from Japan is renowned the world over for its incredibly floral flavour and it adds a wonderful lightness to the Sparkling Lime and Yuzu.

The history of Domaine de Castelnau is a long one, going all the way back to the 13th century when the property was owned by the Seigneurs (Lords) de Guers. Today owned by Christophe and Beatrice Muret, the winery sits in the heart of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation between Béziers and Montpellier. It’s one of only 20 domaines in the area that are independently owned. Spread across 97 hectares, about 13 hectares of the estate's vineyards are dedicated to the cultivation of Picpoul. The winemaking regime is overseen by oenologist François Prinsloo, who blends modern techniques with traditional winemaking principles.
This Viognier is pale straw in appearance with fresh notes of white peach, pear and almond.
Guillame 47N3E Chablis

Guillaume Michaut has been surrounded by vineyards and the history of Chablis since childhood. His grandfather was an early believer in the wines of Chablis and worked proudly to expand the Chablis appellation to his village of Beines and beyond. By the 1960s, he was able to pass a rather large holding of vineyards down to his sons. As a teenager, Guillaume worked alongside his father and uncles in the vineyards and joined the family domaine in 2004. However, after his father passed away, Guillaume realized that his vision was starkly different from that of his uncles, and decided to set out on his own with his small share of family vines back in 2018. Subtle flowery blend, with tangy citrus notes, palate hanging from a fresh and chiseled line, this cuvée is a beautiful incursion into the terroir of Chablis.
