This is spirit that has been distilled from 'corn and cane' (catchy, right?), matured in new oak, then shifted over to ex-Bourbon Barrels for a last bit of polishing. It's obviously not Bourbon, but it is delicious. Matured for up to 4 years, before bottling at 53.5%
