Decadent Drams Craigellachie 20 Year
$529.99
Bottled at 58.3%, this 2005 vintage Craigellachie, was initially matured 16 years in a Refill Hogshead before finishing 4 years in a First Fill Sherry Hogshead. 20 Years. - 87.22pts Whiskybase & 89pts Whisky Fun
Producer Description
"Big cask Craigellachie that doesn’t care if you’ve had your dinner. A 2005 refill bruiser with four years of first-fill sherry bolted on at the end, bottled at 58.3% and soaked in pipe smoke, walnut oil, BBQ soot, and treacle you’d need a bandsaw to cut. It’s waxy, meaty, sulphur-kissed and unapologetically heavy. Think coal shed, old study, steak tartare and scorched fruit cake. Not elegant. Not clean. Just massive and magnificent."
Whiskyland Ch.21 Longmorn 28 Year
$809.99
This 1996 vintage Longmorn was matured 28 years in a Refill Hogshead before bottling at 54.2%. 89.1pts Whiskybase
Producer Description
"This is Whiskyland Chapter Twenty One: a luscious Longmorn 1996, matured for 28 years in a humble refill hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength. Please be aware, this whisky contains excessive flavours of the Longmorn Fruit (Longmornium Fruiticus Whiskylandium). Certain people can be allergic to this fruit, even in tiny doses. This includes, but is not limited to, distillery owners, influencers, yeast suppliers, writers, bloggers, opinion havers, pontificators, virtue signallers and preening twits. If this includes you, then, according to the Whiskyland health board, it may be prudent to taste this whisky with care - you should definitely still buy a couple of bottles though!"
Decadent Drams Glenturret 12 Year
$229.99
This 12 year old Glenturret was bottled at 55% from a Re-charred Hogshead orginally filled in 2013.
Producer Description
"From a re-charred hogshead comes this heavily peated Glenturret, bottled at 55% after a fair few degrees of reduction. The result? A monstrously smoky, tarry, lard-laden beast of a dram that doesn’t so much whisper peat as roar it from the rooftops. This is whisky for those who appreciate the darker arts: think hot pitch, smouldering roads, and bonfires that refuse to die down. Balanced enough to drink, but still gloriously over the top. A Glenturret turned up to eleven – peat fiends, your time has come."
Decadent Drams Tullibarine 11 Year
$219.99
This 11 year old Tomatin, originally distilled in 2013, was bottled at 53% from a 2nd Fill Sherry Hogshead.
Producer Description
"Drawn from a second-fill sherry hogshead, this 2013 Tullibardine has spent 11 years finding its balance. Bottled at a sessionable 53% after a few degrees’ reduction, it shows the best of both worlds: robust Highland malt character in step with elegant, restrained sherry influence. It’s a whisky that speaks with clarity – fruit and malt still shining through the sherry’s warmth – and drinks with ease. Charismatic, balanced, and dangerously quaffable."

Domaine Nico Grand Mere
$55.99
Domaine Nico is named after Laura’s daughter, Nicola, which pays homage to Laura’s great-grandfather, Nicola Catena, founder of Catena Zapata winery in 1902. Domaine Nico was born from Laura's obsession with Burgundy Pinot Noir. When she realized they could make a Pinot Noir with the classic floral aromas, minerality and elegance, they began studying the flavours of high altitude Pinot Noir from Mendoza.
The wines that came up surprised her with their elegance and old-worldstyle. It’s the aluvional and calcareous terroir that speaks through these wines."

In the mid-nineties, Tokara planted its first Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Even then, their founder had the unrelenting ambition to produce one of the world's best wines. What they came to understand is that truly great wine expresses a unique sense of place. It transports you, and that’s what makes every bottle exceptional. They focus mainly on Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, reflected in their three ranges: Tokara Premium Collection (a fusion from various sites), Tokara Reserve Collection (picked from a single vineyard), and Tokara Directors Reserve (the very best and most expressive parcels used to create iconic blends that define our flagship wines).
