A modern tasting lounge has been constructed adjacent to the crush pad and cellar, offering views of Okanagan Lake and Switchback Organic Vineyard. Visitors will be able to relax year-round and enjoy our wine together. Wines are still made under the Okanagan Crush Pad label,,as it the case with this rosé. This fresh, lively rosé made from cabernet sauvignon and merlot was fermented using native yeast in concrete tanks. This wine has lifted floral and red berry aromatics with a creamy savouriness and Okanagan herbal flair. A lush textured mouthfeel with rhubarb, ripe strawberry, and fragrant apple blossom notes and bone dry with a long finish. Pair with a wide array of foods, like poultry, creamy dishes or light pasta.

True Wild Roper's Hold 20 Year Whisky

Batch 1 of Roper's Hold 20-Year-Old has been released by Bryce Parsons and True Wild Distillery. For this batch, the whisky was originally produced at one of the larger distilleries in Southern Alberta. The grain makeup is 90%+ Rye and the rest malted barley - something that the mystery distillery is not typically known for. The whisky has been finished in wine casks sourced from the Okanagan Valley.

Bottled at 47% ABV.

This 10-year-old rum from an unnamed distillery in breathtaking Trelawny in Jamaica, known for its flavourful pot still heavy rums, was distilled in 2014 and matured at origin, before being transferred to Europe in 2019 where it further matured for almost five years in an American oak (ex-rum) cask.
The label is designed by Toronto-based artist Elise Conlin, whose early work while studying at the Ontario College of Art & Design caught our eye. We are excited that she agreed to lend her talents to a series of labels, aptly named “Shady Grove”, for our first releases.
This single barrel rum is non-chill filtered with no additives, yielding 239 bottles at a cask strength of 66.8% ABV.
