It finally matured enough for us to debut it to the public, and what better way than in a distinct and unique Old Fashioned cocktail. This bottle is ready to drink or serve straight from the bottle, and contains around 12 servings.
Our Annex Belgian Ale whisky was enhanced with the decadent flavours of chocolate and coffee. The sweetener is a traditional brewing sugar called Belgian Candi syrup which has dark and caramelly characteristics. Enjoy sips of this is a one of a kind cocktail that can't be re-created at home."

It's a marvellous variation of Seaweed & Aeons & Digging & Fire, featuring the same smoky 10 year old Islay single malt, though instead of just 25% of it being finished in sherry casks, the entirety of the whisky was finished in them. The powerfully peaty notes at its core are mellowed by just enough sherry sweetness, making for a superbly well-balanced flavour profile."

"There are a few more distilleries in the Highlands than Islay, but not quite as many as Speyside. That said, ALL Speyside whiskies are indeed Highland whiskies, so it’s going to be hard to figure out where this could have been distilled. Can you tell which one it is? We actually don’t know, and despite finding a few possibilities, we’re really not certain… Our label brings the whole Whisky Team together (at the time when we briefed this label!) It’s starts with Toby whispering the distillery name to the team through a children’s game of broken telephone and finishing with our artist, Emily, with her finger over her lips. She hasn’t got a scooby… It’s a secret never to be told…"
