His goal is to “keep out of the way” and let the best parcels and the most harmonious barrels come forward to liberate and define small patches of Niagara land. This is becoming a reference vineyard for Niagara, with steep stoney-silty clay and limestone soils. It's leans towards citrus and minerals with a long finish, capable of aging gracefully for another 10 years.
