Evan's Tasting Note
Nose: Peach cobbler, raisins and dried cranberries, poached pears, hints of honey, butterscotch and light Christmas-ey spices.
Palate: Spices and dried fruits such as apricots and cranberries, marmalade, Christmas cake, fruit leather, burnt toffee and dark chocolate.
Finish: Sweet and spicy with hints of chewy & bitter oak all intermingling.

Nose: a fruity spicy nose with chocolate overtones.
Palate: rich and chewy malt and macerated fruit on the palate.
Finish: a long finish with dark fruits, oak and smoke.
