A heavily hop bursted IPA from Edmonton's own Alley Kat brewing. A heavy, heavy dosage of hops at the end of the brewing process gives this IPA huge, robust, intense hop aromatics and flavours. El Dorado, Mandarina and Jarrylo hops give notes of tangerine, melon, bananas and pear.
