Not a lot of this wine is made, so don't miss the chance to try it while you can — especially considering the price. The name means blue and carmine red, and refers to the colour of the wines from this estate. Most are old Tempranillo vines, grown in bush form. This, however, is a beautiful, dry white wine that just begs to be sampled. Pair with seafood or chicken, and serve chilled. Here's what David Rodriguez from the Wine Academy has to say about it: "Bright, clear straw yellow; floral bouquet with fruity notes of quinces and pears and notes of chamomile; full round, juicy and balanced on the palate; delicate minerality in the finish."
