Le Trou du Diable's take on a modern north American IPA brings this quenchingly tropical IPA to the table. Citrusy, fruity and slightly earthy aromas give way to a bready, medium body. Grainy malt notes that are light enough to hold up the fruity hops, but bold enough to keep the beer in balance through to the clean bitter finish.
