Alois Lageder Dolomiti Pinot Grigio
$28.99
The Alois Lageder winery in Alto Adige comprises fifty-five hectares of the family's own vineyards, which are managed on the basis of biodynamic principles. Their roots go back to 1823 when the young craftsman Johann Lageder set himself up as a wine merchant in Bolzano. His successors started to produce their own wines and acquired a number of vineyards. Alois III, the great-grandson of the founder of the business, saw the variety of climate zones in Alto Adige as one of the region’s strengths and in 1934 purchased the Löwengang wine estate in Magrè, in the southern part of Alto Adige. Soon smaller winegrowers also began to supply him with grapes. When Alois III died unexpectedly in 1963, Alois IV was only 12 years old. His wife Christiane and his eldest daughter Wendelgard accordingly managed the inheritance on an interim basis. Then, since the middle of the 1970s, Alois IV - together with his sister and her husband and oenologist Luis von Dellemann – set about repositioning the winery with a strict focus on quality and innovative methods in the vineyard and cellar. Today, the 50-hectare family-owned vineyards are farmed biodynamically.

Quevedo Tawny Port
$28.99
This is the no-age stated Tawny Port from Quevedo.
Quevedo Port has been growing in popularity tremendously over the past three or four years, and for good reason. The family-owned and operated Port house releases its bottles with a slightly drier but also more approachable house style with plenty of finesse and complexity on offer.
Fettercairn 12 Year Old
$95.99
We're creeping up on the bicentenary of the Fettercairn distillery. 2024 will mark the 200 year anniversary of Alexander Ramsay founding this Eastern Highland distillery that objectively offers up one of the most interesting and unique flavour profiles in Scotch Whisky. In fact, Angus McRaild (on behalf of Whiskyfun) a couple years back wrote "...cries out ‘Fettercairn’ with these notes of mud, cheese rind, steel wool, mechanical oils, farmyard and root vegetables. It doesn’t sound pleasant I know, but there’s plenty of charm to admire here." Don't even pretend you're not intrigued. Ex-Bourbon. 40%

This Golden Sour is light in colour but boasts huge amounts of Peaches, a touch of apricot and is accented with fresh lemon zest.
OMC 25th Annv Ardmore 13 Year
$167.99
I really wanted to dislike this... the price is a touch high, it is from an ex-Wine hogshead, and Ardmore, especially young Ardmore is so hit and miss for me. But it is excellent! 2010 vintage, 13 years old, 50%, and bottled for the 25th Anniversary of the Old Malt Cask range.
Rockford Rod & Spur Cab/Shiraz
$89.99
Another Rockford knock-out wine! The blend is 55-45 with Shiraz at the forefront, but the Cabernet imparts a dusty, minty note with a lingering finish, buffered by plenty of ripe cherry flavours from the Shiraz. Like all of the Rockford wines, there's a delicacy to the style, with no excessive extraction, alcohol or harsh tannins. Drink: 2021 - 2034
