Quetsche Tilquin is a fruit lambic ale made from the fermentation of a minimum of 250gr of plums per litre of lambic. Just laden with cirtic like acidity and funk, dry on the palate with a slight fruity sweetness from the plums. Mild oaky spice and grapefruit flavours linger through the long and decently tart finish.
