This refreshing sparkling semi-dry apple cider hails from Spain. The family behind Bodegas Mayador has been making cider since 1939. According to Mayador's website, "Villaviciosa, Asturias, has the largest cider apple production area in Spain. Its excellent microclimate favours the development and growth of apple groves, which provide the most coveted fruit for the preparation of cider: acid, sweet and sour Asturian apples."

Strongbow is named after the Cambro-Norman knight Richard de Clare, later Earl of Pembroke, nicknamed "Strongbow" for relying heavily on Welsh archers during campaigns in Ireland, The cider is produced in Hereford by the English cider company Bulmers, cidermakers since 1887. part of Scottish and Newcastle owned by Heineken. Strongbow is often recommended to be drunk whilst eating Indian curries. It is a light golden color with good carbonation, a decent tasting cider with a good amount of sweet apple, slightly tart and dry finsh. crisp and refreshing on a hot summer day. YUM!

Sea Cider's Rumrunner has the same intensity in flavor as it does in its aromas, yet it is balanced.
