Another of winemaker Marc Kent's "string of pearls". This Semillon is made from premium fruit from old vines. It is cool barrel fermented then aged in new oak for twelve months. The bouquet is surprisingly delicate with hints of fresh fig and cool melon - with similar flavors found on the palate, and complex buttery, nutty flavors. Approachable now, it’s a wine capable of aging. This producer is recognized for their exceptional wines.
