With warehousing and blending done in Ferndale, Washington, Doc Swinson's is a bottler of sourced Bourbon and Rye Whiskies that are blended together in small (sometimes very small) batches and released under one of three ranges. "We start with glacier-fed water that originates on the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian molasses. It is distilled in a Canadian-made copper pot still and matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved. The Rum is spiced with a specially curated collection of fresh spices and finished with a combination of fancy and blackstrap molasses."

The Oude Geuze Vandervelden series are a tribute to the founder of Oud Beersel, Henri Vandervelden, who started the brewery in 1882. The brewery was named Vandervelden until 1954, when his grandson, also named Henri Vandervelden, who took over the brewery in 1953, changes the name to Oud Beersel as a response to what he called to be the changed and the ‘new Brussels’.
To celebrate the 140th anniversary of Oud Beersel, a unique blend was composed, with one- and two-year-old lambics from 40 HL foeders and three-year-old lambic from a 120 HL foeder. The average age of the blend was 30 months, which gives this refined Oude Geuze an extraordinary complexity.
