"Our efforts in daiginjo sake go back about 50 years. At the time, quantity was valued over quality, and low price over quality, but we were one of the first to work on improving the quality of sake, and have come to the point where people say, "When you think of good fortune, you think of daiginjo." We carefully and slowly polish our own Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture's Special A region. The mash is brewed slowly and carefully at low temperatures over a long period of time, bringing out the delicate flavor of the rice. A very small amount of brewing alcohol is added at the end to create a refreshing taste. Many people give daiginjo as a gift."

"This wine is part of the dry Quarts-de-Chaume trilogy: Veau facing west, Quarts facing south, and Rouères facing east. "Les Quarts" is the original plot which gave its name to the grand cru. Why 'Quarts'? Until the French revolution hacked off all the lords' heads, the Lords of Haute-Guerche who owned this vineyard had to give the Ronceray Abbey "the best quarter of the harvest" and these vineyards produced the finest. Thus the Quarts name was born.
Domaine Belargus is the recently born Domaine of wine visionary Ivan Massonnat, a conglomeration of three retiring estate’s prestigious holdings. Ivan has acquired and consolidated under this banner 24 hectares of millennium old parcels in passionate pursuit of the heart and soul of the Anjou and its bewitching vehicle, Chenin Blanc. "A navy strength gin, bottled at 57% ABV, Tarbert Legbiter packs a punch but this aromatic spirit is wonderfully smooth and flavoursome. The nose is light with delicate floral notes, warming into gentle spice and pine aromas.
We named our navy strength spirit after a Kintyre Legend – Magnus Barelegs, King of Norway in 1093, who claimed Kintyre as his own by circumnavigating the peninsula. He refused to let the isthmus at Tarbert ruin his plan – he simply had his boat dragged across and declared Kintyre an island. Legbiter was the name of his sword and is a fitting moniker for our navy strength gin."

Like many distilleries in the state, the producers of Yellowstone can boast a Beam connection or two. Paul and Stephen B. Beam founded Limestone Branch in 2010. Their Great-grandfather was M.C. (Minor Case. What a name!) Beam, who operated a distillery business in the late 1800s through to his death in 1934.
Limestone Branch Distillery is owned by Luxco Brands, which was in turn purchased by MGP in 2021.
