This isn’t your average pilsner. Skyward Slow starts with a smooth, malted foundation before soaring with a trio of iconic hops: Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe. The result? A beer that’s both sessionable and layered - light enough for easy sipping, yet packed with enough hop character to keep things interesting. Dry-hopped for extra aroma and finished with a clean, snappy bitterness, it’s a refreshing nod to West Coast craft with the drinkability of a classic lager.
