In honour of our Scottish roots and Canada's proud whisky tradition, we follow the 9.090% rule- weaving in a young , rich, bready, and fruity single malt, selected by her great-great-grandaughter, Michelle Ranu at Anohka Distillery, to complete the blend. The result is a finish longer than a northern winter's night.
