Blindman Brewing's Haskap Fruited Sour, a mixed fermentation saison, features a bright, haskap-berry color and high fruit dosing. It is fermented under pressure on a large quantity of haskap berries from Rosy Farms in Alberta, and the fermentation process includes a blend of saison yeast and Brettanomyces. The beer's tasting notes are described as clean, bright, and dry.
