Nose: Typical Caroni notes of burnt rubber and tarmac run alongside smoked rosemary, black olive and blackcurrant jam.
Palate: Initially soft and sweet onto the palate, a big mouthful of blackberry jelly and gently oak.
Finish: Tannic oak-y grip. Green capsicum, smoked tea, and bitter chocolate.
