Evan's Tasting Note
Nose: Earthy, a bit lactic, and candied with notes of Werther's Original Caramel Hard Candies, oat milk lattes, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, cinnamon-flavoured chewing gum, and a touch of apple brandy.
Palate: Lots of toasty oak and malted grain notes along with Tiramisu, Marscapone cheese, roasted hazelnuts and Nutella spread, chocolate-coated pretzels, more apple brandy, and Butter Ripple Schnapps.
Finish: Short and sweet with more toasty oak and soft spice notes on the fade. Drying.
Comments: Lots of interesting flavours in here. Not sure if it is the oats or not, but the different grains used may clash a touch with the Rye."

"On the palate, it has a full body with hints of caramel and dark chocolate balanced with warming spices like ginger and nutmeg. The finish is smooth and light, leaving behind subtle notes of fresh stone fruit and a lingering note of dark maple syrup."
