Nose: Aromas of sweet vanilla pod and buttercream mingled with orchard fruits, golden raisin and hints of Turkish delight.
Palate: A wash of poached pear and apple blossom followed by acacia honey, roast chestnut, mocha and lemon rind.
Finish: Sweet cooked fruits, white grapes and apple crumble fading into a peppery cake spice linger.
