Started in 2001 by Matt Phillips, formerly a brewer at Spinnakers Brewpub, Whistler Brewing and Wildhorse Brewing, adding to the already burgeoning Victoria beer scene. Initial products set a high standard of finely-crafted, innovative beers that continues to this day.
