Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Uncork the bottle and catch its beachy, oceanic and peated, gristy qualities.

Palate: Oily, phenolic, lightly salted, distinctly spiced with summer tar, Malt and iodine.

Finish: Shows dry spices ahead of coal dust and soot, plus drift of wood fire smoke.
