750 mlRuri is the Langhe Nebbiolo made from the fruit growing in the lower portions of the famous Ginestra Barolo vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and delicately crushed to achieve a controlled fermentation with 20% whole berry lasting 16 days. The wine spends 8 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months in Slavonian oak Barrels (3.200 lt), enhancing the complexity of the wine.

Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this is a wonderful vintage for Perbacco which is made from parcels planted in the Barolo region making it basically a declassified “grand cru” Barolo. It offers up generous fruit along with menthol, spices and hard candy, showing notable intensity while retaining an essentially mid-weight style.
