Chateau Guiraud, an 1855 Classified Growth, is one of the most prominent estates in the southern Bordeaux region. This fine estate in the Sauternes appellation has been driven by its pioneering spirit since its creation. Since 1996, the estate has been devoted to biodiversity and in 2011 obtained an Organic Agriculture certification. G of Château Guiraud is a dry white wine made from grapes harvested at full maturity. It is aged for approximately 7 months in the oak barrels that produced the previous year's Grand Cru. It reveals a richness of expression and an assertive personality. The blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sémillon.

Floral, honeycomb and lanolin on the nose and just a little sweet and light on the finish. Fresh and fine on the nose with delicate wildflowers and citrus. Zesty on the palate with fresh lemon, a lovely richness, and a long finish.
