Cooper's Choice Cameronbridge 1992 29 Yr

Maybe a lesser known fact in the whisky world: Camerbridge is the single largest producer of Scotch Whisky. Granted, it's grain whisky the distillery produces, but the scale is simply beyond compare; about 6 or 7 times larger than any malt distillery, with production somewhere between 120 and 135 million litres per year. It's a bit surprising how few Cameronbridge expressions we see on the market, all things considered.

This 29 year old from Cooper's Choice was left to doze away the decades in an ex-Bourbon cask. Arguably, the only way Grain Whisky should be allowed to mature. #KWMHotTake. 240 bottles from cask #115060. 51%
